Landing Rush
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026 · See also Landing Rush Support
Short version: Landing Rush is an airplane game for the whole family, and children play it too. The game does not ask anyone for personal information, has no accounts, shows no ads and uses no tracking or analytics. Your progress is saved on your device, never with us. If someone buys coins, diamonds or a bundle, Apple handles the payment, and RevenueCat checks the purchase for us using a random ID and a device ID, neither of which says who you are.
1. Who we are
Landing Rush is made by:

2. What the game saves on your device
The game saves the following only on your device, in the app's own storage (and, like other app data, in your own iCloud or computer backups of the device, which we cannot access). It is never sent to us, and we cannot see it:
- Your progress: the levels you have unlocked, your stars and your best results
- Your coins, diamonds and power-ups, and the bundles you own
- What you have collected: the aircraft in the hangar, the hidden friends you found on the maps, and your Pilot Book (the call sign you picked from the game's own list, your logbook and your stamps)
- Daily play: missions, the daily wheel and event times
- Your settings: language, music, sound and vibration
- The IDs of the purchases already delivered, so that no purchase is delivered twice
The game never asks for a name, email address, age, photo or location. In the Pilot Book you choose a call sign from a list; there is nowhere to type a name.
3. Purchases
Landing Rush is free to play. In the shop you can buy coins, diamonds and bundles with real money. Every purchase goes through Apple's own App Store payment sheet, which asks for the Apple Account's password, Face ID or Touch ID, depending on the device's settings. Apple handles the payment. We never see your name, email address, billing address or payment details.
We use RevenueCat to check that a purchase is real so that the game can deliver it. While the game is open with an internet connection (when it starts or comes back on screen, and when you buy or restore a purchase), RevenueCat receives:
- A random ID that RevenueCat creates on your device the first time the game starts. It contains nothing about you. Deleting the app deletes it, and a new one is made if the game is installed again.
- Apple's identifier for vendor: a device ID that Apple gives to all apps from the same developer. It is not the advertising ID, and a new one is given if all our apps are deleted from the device and one is installed again.
- The App Store purchase receipts: which product was bought, when, at what price, and in which App Store country and currency.
- Technical details that RevenueCat's software sends with each request: the device's IP address, the device model, the device's preferred languages, the App Store country, the app's version and how it was installed, and the iOS version.
RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address or Apple Account. We can see the purchase records in RevenueCat, but they carry no name or contact details, so we cannot tell who made a purchase. They are used only to deliver purchases, never for advertising or tracking.
RevenueCat, Inc. is based in the United States. It processes this data only on our behalf and on our instructions (as our "processor"), under its data processing agreement, which uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer to the US. The legal basis is that the data is needed to deliver what you buy: to carry out a purchase (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and, at start, to make sure that no purchase is lost (our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)). The purchase records stay in RevenueCat for as long as Landing Rush uses RevenueCat to deliver purchases; if you ask, we delete a record sooner (see section 6).
Apple's and RevenueCat's own privacy policies apply to what they process: apple.com/legal/privacy and revenuecat.com/privacy.
4. What the game does not do
- No accounts and no sign-in
- No ads, no advertising ID and no tracking across other apps or websites
- No analytics or crash-reporting services
- No location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos
- No chat, no social media and no way for players to contact each other
5. Children's privacy
Landing Rush is a family game for players of all ages, and we know that children play it. It is built to collect as little as possible about anyone, children included:
- United States (COPPA): the game does not ask for or collect a name, email address, photo, location or any other contact details from anyone, including children under 13. The only information that leaves the device is the purchase data in section 3 (the random ID, the device ID, the IP address and the purchase receipts). RevenueCat processes it for us only to check and deliver purchases, which COPPA calls support for the internal operations of the app; it is never used to contact anyone, to build a profile or to show ads.
- European Union, including Romania and Germany (GDPR): the same. We do not ask for, collect or keep a name or contact details of children (under 16 in Romania and Germany) or of anyone else. The only personal data involved is the pseudonymous purchase data in section 3, used only to check and deliver purchases.
- Purchases: every purchase goes through the App Store's own sheet, which asks for the Apple Account's password, Face ID or Touch ID, depending on the device's settings; the game adds no question of its own. With the password setting "Require After 15 Minutes", Apple does not ask again for 15 minutes after the password was entered. To be asked every time, choose "Always Require" in Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Password Settings, or use Face ID or Touch ID for purchases. With Family Sharing, a parent can turn on Ask to Buy, so that a child's purchase request goes to the parent to approve or decline. Parents can also turn off in-app purchases in Screen Time.
- There are no ads, no tracking and no chat, so no one can reach a child through the game.
Parents: if you have a question, or if you think your child's information has reached us in some way (for example in an email your child sent us), write to us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask us (the developer named in section 1, who is responsible for this data) to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how it is used, and complain to the data protection authority where you live.
We hold no name, email address or account for any player. The purchase records in RevenueCat carry no name, only the IDs and receipt details described in section 3, so we cannot link them to you on our own. If you want a purchase record deleted, write to us; to find it, we may need details from your App Store receipt, such as the date and the product. If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you.
6.1 Deleting what the game saved
Deleting the app from your device deletes everything the game saved on it. That includes the coins, diamonds and power-ups you have, bought ones too: they are one-use (consumable) purchases with no account behind them, so they cannot be restored after the app is deleted, neither with "Restore Purchases" nor by us, unless you restore the whole device from a backup made before the app was deleted.
7. Data security
The game talks to no server of ours. Apart from emails you choose to send us and the purchase records in section 3, we hold nothing of yours. What the game saves stays in the app's own storage on your device, which other apps cannot read, and is protected by your device's own security. Purchase checks with RevenueCat travel over an encrypted connection.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top will change. If you keep playing after a change, the new version applies.
9. Questions
For any question about this policy or about how Landing Rush handles data, write to the address in section 1.
