Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my game progress?
Everything the game saves is stored on your device, never with us, so to start again, delete the app and install it again. This also deletes the coins, diamonds and power-ups you have, bought ones included: they are one-use purchases with no account behind them, so they cannot be restored afterwards, neither with "Restore Purchases" nor by us. Only restoring the whole device from a backup made before you deleted the app would bring them back.
I bought something but it didn't appear in the game.
First, check that the purchase went through: Apple emails you a receipt, and your purchase history is in Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History. Then open Landing Rush with an internet connection: each time it starts, it checks for purchases that have not been delivered yet. You can also go to the shop and tap "Restore Purchases". If it still doesn't appear, request a refund via Apple (see below) or write to us with the date and the product you bought.
A level seems impossible / too hard.
Difficulty was carefully tuned across 80 levels and 8 worlds. If a particular level feels broken, please email us with the level number and a brief description — we may push a difficulty patch in the next update.
How do I use power-ups?
Buy power-ups in the shop with coins. During gameplay, they appear in the HUD at the bottom center of the screen. Tap a power-up icon to activate it: Freeze (5s), Slowdown (8s), or Invincibility (10s). Second Chance is selected on the prelevel screen and triggers automatically if you crash.
Can I play offline?
Yes. You can play Landing Rush fully offline. The game needs internet only to make an in-app purchase or to restore purchases. When it is online, it also checks with RevenueCat, our purchase service, when it starts or comes back on screen, so that no purchase is lost (see the Privacy Policy).
The game won't open / shows a white screen.
Try closing the app fully (swipe up from the app switcher), then reopening. If the issue persists: restart your device. If still broken, email us with your device model and iOS version — we'll investigate.
I want a refund for an accidental purchase.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled directly by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID to request a refund. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.
How do I delete my account / data?
Landing Rush has no accounts, and your game data is never sent to us. Everything the game saves lives on your device, so deleting the app deletes all of it (bought coins and diamonds too, see above). The purchase records that our purchase service, RevenueCat, keeps can be deleted on request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
My child made an in-app purchase without permission.
Every purchase goes through the App Store's own payment sheet, which asks for the Apple Account's password, Face ID or Touch ID, depending on the device's settings; the game adds no question of its own. With the password setting "Require After 15 Minutes", Apple does not ask again for 15 minutes after the password was entered. If a purchase was made by mistake, request a refund via Apple (see above). To prevent it in future, choose "Always Require" in Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Password Settings (or use Face ID or Touch ID for purchases), and turn on "Ask to Buy" for your child in Family Sharing, so that each purchase request comes to you to approve or decline. You can also turn off in-app purchases in Screen Time (Content & Privacy Restrictions).
