Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my game saved?
Wardfall saves automatically, only on your device. To pick up where you left off, tap Continue in the main menu. Your saves are not linked to an account, so they do not move to another device by themselves.
How do I start over?
Start a new game from the main menu. To delete everything the game saved (saved games, progress, records and settings), delete the app and install it again; on Android you can also go to Settings → Apps → Wardfall → Storage → Clear storage. This cannot be undone: we never have a copy of your saves.
How do I change the language?
Wardfall speaks English, Română, Español, Italiano, Deutsch, Türkçe and 中文. The first time it starts, it uses your device's language if it can. You can change the language at any time with the language button in the main menu.
Can I play offline?
Yes. You can play Wardfall fully offline. The game needs internet only to buy something or to restore purchases. When it is online, it also checks with RevenueCat, our purchase service, so that no purchase is lost (see the Privacy Policy).
I bought something but it didn't appear in the game.
First, check that the purchase went through. On iPhone and iPad, Apple emails you a receipt, and your purchase history is in Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History. On Android, Google emails you a receipt, and your purchases are in the Google Play app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history. Then open Wardfall with an internet connection and go to the shop. If it still doesn't appear, request a refund (see below) or write to us with the date and the product you bought.
I want a refund for an accidental purchase.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. On iPhone and iPad, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google's guide to refunds on Google Play.
My child made an in-app purchase without permission.
Every purchase goes through the App Store's or Google Play's own payment window; the game adds no question of its own. If a purchase was made by mistake, request a refund (see above). To prevent it in future: on iPhone and iPad, choose "Always Require" in Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Password Settings, turn on "Ask to Buy" for your child in Family Sharing, or turn off in-app purchases in Screen Time (Content & Privacy Restrictions). On Android, turn on "Require authentication for purchases" in the Google Play app's settings, and use Family Link so that your child's purchases need your approval.
The game won't open / shows a blank screen.
Close the app fully and open it again. If the issue persists, restart your device. If it is still broken, email us with your device model and its iOS or Android version — we'll investigate.
How do I delete my account / data?
Wardfall has no accounts, and your game data is never sent to us. Everything the game saves lives on your device, so deleting the app deletes all of it. The purchase records that our purchase service, RevenueCat, keeps can be deleted on request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
